Certificate of completion presented to the client and/or lender upon completion of counseling session with a homeownership advisor (if required).

Post Purchase Homeowner Class

Certificate of completion awarded upon completion if allowed by Partner Agency

Money Management Class
America’s Premier Online Homebuyer Education
eHome Money Management empowers you to:
- Understand Savings and Spending
- Understand Credit
- Manage Personal Finances
We work with non-profit organizations and counselors to ensure you receive unbiased advice from professionals in your local community.
Course Fee: 50.00 per registration.
The course fee is non-refundable.
***Please Note: At the end of the class, you will be asked to schedule a phone session with a Housing Counselor to answer any questions you have about homeownership. These sessions are available Monday-Friday 9:30 am- 4 pm. You must PASS the class to receive a certificate.***
In order to receive your certificate of completion (required for many lenders or other homebuyer incentives), you are required to fulfill a one-on-one counseling session with YSF in addition to completing the ehomeamerica online course. Please contact Your Sure Foundation, Inc. for details on that requirement, including additional fees (if applicable) and scheduling details.
